I just now put out the very last of 50. They went from my corner in less than a week. Goes to show a prospective buyer how well it would work for a business. I've been asked as to why the move and how come so quick?
I was sitting and pondering on the deck one day, just wondering what was in store for me now.
This is a big property for one small woman but I've managed to keep it going. Then a couple days later my riding mower broke. I through my arms up and said, "That's it, I've got to sell the house." That was 2 weeks ago. So I'm really moving fast. I bought a camper I'm calling my Tiny House with the intentions of being out of the house by the end of August with my possessions. Hopefully if the buyer is a family, they can get into our school system.

Sorry it's taken so long to get back with you. I had a hectic morning. North American Auction Company came this morning and stripped my home of it's antiques Lee and I had carried around for 33 years. My house is nearly empty except for few comfy couches and chairs. So, I'm dead serious to downsize now.

In Feb. this year, the Robins came home with flourish...
What!?!
Around Valentines Day, they started coming on back....way too early.
The temps stayed around 60 for highs, we barely got any winter at all. Good thing the hose was also good to go.
It was crazy, what a great February show.
I wanted to share a piece that was completed about 5 years ago...

I bought an old window at Habitat for Humanity
recycle. With paint pens, glass pieces, buttons and this and that...
Backed with canvas, it faded into the future all right....like a clock ticking....reminding me that my time is slippin' away.

Thank you all for waiting. Yes, this is for real. It's time to move on. My home is for sale.
It's time for new owners to make their dreams come true. The sale coincides with school starting. Manhattan MT has a wonderful school system and is a fast growing community. Bozeman is just 20 minutes east. My house is one block off our Main Street and perfect for a business as it is zoned commercial/residential. The yard is large. It could accommodate your dreams of a wedding venue or perhaps a daycare (which is desperately needed), a tiny house, or any business. Many of the big issues have been addressed with the house. The windows were replaced in 2014 with low-e and the furnace in 2016 that reduced my energy bill by $20 a month. Thanks to hail we have a newer roof. This spring I was one of the first to get a new underground sprinkler system. Why didn't I get that one done sooner? The electric and plumbing have been updated. This is a block house. In the summer it holds the cool night air inside most of the next day. I can keep it around 70 most days.
