It's time for new owners to make their dreams come true.  The sale coincides with school starting.  Manhattan MT has a wonderful school system and is a fast growing community.  Bozeman is just 20 minutes east.  My house is one block off our Main Street and perfect for a business as it is zoned commercial/residential.  The yard is large.
